INORGANIC QUALITY

Rather than an innocuous series of cause and effects material matter begins it’s existence in pursuit of an undefined improvement. Arising, like all things, from Dynamic Quality - morality as a fundamental building block of the universe means that even particles exist and behave in the ways that they do because it’s moral for them to do so. So rather than A causing B if we say B values A - no data changes - but our description is more in line with experience and paradoxes which previously existed - disappear.
biological QUALITY
~4 Billion years ago
Biological Quality emerged 4 billion years ago as a result of the bonding freedom found by subatomic forces with the Carbon atom from the superatomic forces which would like to destroy it. Like all levels biological quality has evolved over the years from preservation of the limited freedom from the inorganic laws to quality of its own such as conversion of inorganic chemicals to energy and reproduction as the highest biological quality of them all.
SOCIAL QUALITY
~50 Million years ago
Around fifty million years ago when the higher primates first emerged - social quality came with them. To alleviate the biologically devastating selfishness of biological quality - social quality such as caring for others emerged in response. Like the levels below - social quality has gone on to purposes of its own such as the highest social quality of them all - celebrity
intellectual QUALITY

Starting with the Greeks - the intellectual quality of subjectively manipulating things independent of what they represent emerged. Our culture is still working out how intellectual quality will help and what problems of society it will solve.
CODES of morality
In the Metaphysics of Quality; rather than the single Society vs Biology code of morality we are familiar with - there are in fact five. Each new level of morality has evolved out of the level which preceeded it. Fom its creation however, it is also in immediate conflict with the previous level.
Experience can be described as the moral struggle between each of these levels. All else being equal, given a choice between two things, the Metaphysics of Quality would say that it is moral to choose that which is more evoled.
INORGANIC MORALITY
There is the inorganic quality vs chaos code of morality - where inorganic particles morally triumphed around 13 billion years ago over chaos. It's called Inorganic Morality or 'The Laws of Physics'.
BIOLOGICAL MORALITY
There is the biological quality vs inorganic quality code of morality where it's moral for animals to defeat the laws of physics and death. This is called Biological Morality or 'The Law of the Jungle'.

There is the social quality vs biological quality code of morality where it's moral for a society to control the biological behavior of its members. This is called Social Morality or 'The Law'.
Intellectual Morality
There is the intellectual quality vs social quality code of morality where it's moral for folks have free speech and speak out against the authorities. It's also moral for intellect to organise society in a way which is intelligent. With this code - since the beginning of last century - intellectual values have been struggling to gain control of social values. This is the forefront of evolution right now!
Dynamic Morality
Finally there is the code of morality called Dynamic Morality. Otherwise known as 'The Code of Art' it is the code of morality in which undefined Dynamic Quality is better than that which is defined, old and static.

THe NON EXISTENCE OF MORALITY
With morality now at the centre of all experience and not an afterthought the existence of morality is no longer a questionmark and something questioned by Philosophy 101 students - instead its existence is self evident. It’s not something whose existence isn’t metaphysically sound but instead morality is experience itself.
IDEALISM VS MATERIALISM
Is everything an idea or is everything an object?
The Metaphysics of Quality makes it beautifully clear that while the idea that physical things existed before subjective man came along with his ideas - this is still just an idea whose quality can be determined like everything else. What's actually fundamental isn't objects or the ideas which we have about them - but Quality which gives rise to both.
QUANTUM THEORY PARADOXES
Fundamental to the confusion of scientists about Quantum theory not making any experiential sense is the assumption that physical things exist before we experience them. Quantum theory, in line with the Metaphysics of Quality, shows that it's important to remember that this is an assumption. It's a good assumption to have but an assumption nonetheless. What’s fundamental isn’t objects or the assumptions we have about their existence but the quality which creates all these things to begin with.

With the Metaphysics of Quality, reality is no longer something only a handful of the worlds best scientists can understand but something understood by all things and people everywhere. From a firstborn infant to the worlds smartest scientists. Quality isn't something one thinks about intellectually. It's something everyone experiences. It's experience itself.
PURPOSELESSNESS OF LIFE
With the Metaphysics of Quality the purpose of life becomes quality itself. It is not something which is Metaphysically in doubt.
The purpose of life is to live the best life possible.

Are our actions pre-determined or not? A scientific outlook would seem to suggest they are if everything is but a chain of cause and effects. With the Metaphysics of Quality we can say that as per static quality our actions are determined - But if we're alive we're able to respond to Dynamic Quality and in terms of it - we are completely free.
However, rather than the conflict between the two we are used to, Eastern Philosophy has found a way to combine both the Dynamic and static into one harmonious whole through the perfection of static patterns. By perfecting patterns they can be put to sleep and no longer bother. The simplest of all patterns one can do for extended periods is sitting.

Charlie Chaplin becomes popular mocking the Victorians. But extreme market concentration meant that wealth went to the richest until the Great Crash in 1929.
INTELLECTUAL VALUES RISE AND THE CLASH WITH SOCIAL VALUES BEGINS IN EARNEST
1930s
Intellectual values rule the day and a plethora of new technology emerges. Radio, Mass Media, Cars, Roads, Electricty all transform society - seemingly overnight. The New Deal gives Americans Human Rights protections and inequality is further reduced.

WW2 occurs fostering more technological and intellectual level expansion.

After decades of intellectual and technological improvement and not necessarily increasing happiness - Beatniks start a movement of anti-establishment values, specifically against the socially conservate, intellectual values which ruled the day.

The Hippie movement emerges. Being anti-establishment and anti-intellectual, they have only two directions to go. Toward biological and Dynamic Quality.

Hippie movement divulges into degeneracy through confusing both biological and Dynamic Quality. Intellectual level cannot correctly distinguish a freedom loving intellectual from a biological Hippie, the lost generation re-emerges by decade end.

1980s
With the Hippie movement having failed the idolisation of the social currency of money emerges in its void. Money being an index of social quality becomes the dominant value of the time with the rise of the personal computer by decade end.

The rise of the personal computer heralds a new era for intellectual freedom and suddenly the worlds richest man is an intellectual. However social power friendly neoliberal values dominate. These face a short-lived challenge by a contrarian grunge movement.

2000s
9/11 shocks the world. Decades of social level power fostering conflict in the Middle East results in 'blowback'. The response is to double down on this same strategy. A shortlived movement of 'hope and change' ends up supporting social level power at the expense of intellectual and Dynamic Morality.
CLASH OF INTELLECTUAL MORALITY
2010s
Decades of being lied to by those in power - the people are drawn to a strong man who claims he alone will solve their problems. He too, however, is a liar and the powerful become even more so. Yet another 'yuge' movement to reduce social power and do what's right intellectually is again undermined by social power.
SOCIAL VALUES BEGIN TO DOMINATE FULLY
2020s On

The elitist neoliberal class continually serves its own social power at the expense of human rights and the working class. This undermines the Intellectual and Dynamic Morality the common people represent. Reactionary authoritarian social level values thus continue to dominate. Despite claiming intellectual values for itself, elites use the intellectual level and the systems propagated by it to support themselves and undermine any challenge to its dominance.
This is immoral. Intellectual values should support the social level when at risk of biological values (A living wage, a right to health, a right to work). And support a right to free speech as well as the diversity of ideas in the face of this social level elitism and its reactionary social level authoritarianism.
Unlike our current metaphysics The Metaphysics of Quality doesn't just hide, cover for, or propagate the wrongdoing of the powerful on the social level. Instead it empowers us to identify morality and immorality in both our daily lives as well as our culture as a whole.
Using the MOQ we can clearly explain where our current cultures mistakes are and what we can do to solve them. The MOQ doesn't have all the answers. But it does start to get us all on the same page and point us in the right direction.
Beyond these cultural issues, the MOQ also gives us great insight into many other issues of our time.
